I don't think you even need to be a general contractor or subcontractor to set up an account there.They have a cool warehouse Northwest of Chicago.Otherwise, Home Depot's Lifeproof floor is pretty nice too, but not sure how it compares in pricing to what you saw.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.

A good mentor would take the time to make sure you understood what he was talking about, how to apply it and answer your questions.  

I think I can get a policy online with the other requirements, but this waiver seems to be more difficult to find.
