Hi, I have done a few flip houses and I have staged them minimally with a few items like towels, baskets, flowers inside etc. 

If you're struggling to get started and don't know where to look, I'd highly recommend doing a house hack. 

Few people want to “unload” a house, but have other issues that only selling might solve. 

We use these floors in every room of the house.

Hello,  We own our house free and clear valued at about 580k.

But now I’m set to start my investment journey in the US, and as many of us know - NY is not the most affordable market.I’m looking to start with a house hack and I’m open and willing to move to fairly anywhere in the US.

The property is extremely mismanaged and the tenants are quite undesirable. 12 of the units are affordable housing tenants and 5 of them are on a master lease with this company who lets the homeless community use the units.

The benefit is it can be sculpted to match the profile of difficult to find trim and can fix rotten patches of wood siding (up to a few inches in diameter) without pulling anything off the house.

It really comes down to the type of house and type of tenant...and the latter the PM does have some control over as they are the ones placing them in the rental).My PM also 'makes' money by charging the tenants $30 a month (might have increased) which they can opt out of.
