We both attended University of Central Florida and lived in a house that my parents bought for my sister and I while we got through college, and the idea of student rentals intrigued us.

I bought my first house hack when I was 27 here in Los Angeles and on my second plus out of state rentals.

You could also share it with local corporate recruiters, hospitals, military housing sites, etc.

Although profession is not a protected class, Fair Housing continually reaches further into these types of things.
