Hello everyone,There is a property that I am interested in: 2 BD, 4 BA (2 Full & 2 Half) , 2500 sqft listed at $370kThis house has an additional Game / Office Room 14x16 sqft.Based on comps in the area, a 3 BD & 4 BA is selling $425k-450k.

I blew past this one by a mile currently at  $4,900,000 range.What are my main challenges: The first contractor I had, who did great on half my portfolio went sour.
