A house near Grand Ave in Saint Paul could cost you and arm and a leg but the same style home several blocks away could hardly be worth 1/3 of that nor be worth the potential Long term headache without boots on the ground or a good property management company that you can trust with your life.Good luck, I can't wait to hear more.

@Aaron H. there is a hard money company Pine Financial Group that has begun reaching out to the western slope (maybe more specifically Grand Junction but I don't know that for a fact).
