You can talk to a local Resident owned park and see if they have a room you can rent to run your business out of or speak to a dealer of new homes (like a Jac or Palm Harbor dealer) about using their conference room as your "office" since they generally do not want to deal with used homes.Just a few thoughts.

It might be things you can't see (like needing to update the plumbing or electrical), or rooms they didn't show you in the pictures.Not having access to the property, while sometimes is the case with auction properties, is not something I'd recommend pursuing.
