You can talk to a local Resident owned park and see if they have a room you can rent to run your business out of or speak to a dealer of new homes (like a Jac or Palm Harbor dealer) about using their conference room as your "office" since they generally do not want to deal with used homes.Just a few thoughts. 

The bank can then take that number an based on 80-85% LTV you should have plenty of room to cash out all you need. 

At this time there's no room for the owner to keep his home, or get this top dollar.
