Some of my confidence honestly has been knocked out of me from landing on my butt so many times from making the effort. 

Even when contractors do advertise free estimates you can be assured these hours will be included in the bid, but if they don't get the job they get nothing for their efforts. 

I ended up just paying it as it was not worth further effort! 

Seems like a lot of people these days just get a quote that is too high and never give it any more effort after that.

Then I realized that it's all an effort to funnel you from one phone conversation to a local "free" conference in the area.

I am focusing my efforts from east Euclid to Painesville presently.

All efforts would be made to pay off the HELOC and then the property would cash flow approximately 1200 per month.
