Hi Bigger Pockets,I'm based in Central Florida and new to BP.

I'm attaching pictures of the front and back lawn (it's pretty much all mud).

Looking to rent out the property for cash flow (After some small updates / maintenance) and continue to build equity and loan paydown while I house-hack into a 4-plex in the Volusia County area.

Im in the Indianapolis market and I have some land I would like to put up a structure on.Can someone point me in the right direction to start learning how best to tackle this first one and subsequent ones.I appreciate any help you can provide.
