If you are only managing one or a few listings there are some very cheap softwares out there that offer the more basic functions such as calendar integration, unified inbox, etc. 

The county Health Department is supposed to keep records of all septic and cesspool systems, and get a copy of the test of the septic system before closing to show it is functioning properly. 

You can structure debt to function a lot like equity but if you go down that road you should talk to the securities attorney to ensure you’re not playing in the grey.
