And there are a TON of investors in FL and contining to relocate here from NY/NJ and foreign countries. 

Toronto is a very international city, with a huge influx of foreign money.  

My ultimate goal is flip & Fix, and then have my own investment consulting company for  foreigner investors.  

It's easy to see how people can get caught up and as a foreigner there's a few extra layers of complicated for us.

Currency conversions and getting money over here from other countries does matter as it affects yield.The U.S. dollar has strengthened and the Yuan has started to get weaker.

Time is the real currency.

Additionally, although I can in no way profess to be an expert, I took classes in law school about real estate transactions and finance, and so some parts of the process are not totally foreign to me.In general, I'm fascinated by the prospect of being my own boss and developing a growing side business that could one day independently sustain me and my family.
