@Mitch Messer Thanks 🙏🏽If it’s not a bother, I have one more question sir,I am trying to put a property under contract for wholesale and the problem is that the market value is relatively 20k but it’s a 1400 sq foot property that needs a FULL REHAB.

But I do agree that it can establish patterned behaviors (but take everything with a healthy dose of skepticism when it comes to social media these days; sometimes people only put their best foot forward via social media-- again, online personalities can be very misleading).
