I have one too that does turn key furnishings and is way less expensive than the big box folks.

Either way, we'll be there again as we were 110% assured that we'll be able to help a lot of BP folks out this year. 

I'm wondering if it's worth the crazy labor cost to pay someone to do the work, or if it's a project I could do myself.

Most folks won't convert right off the bat.

I love and trust BP but was still hesitant to pay for their leads because the areas that I wanted to manage were sold out.

You're going to pay for education one way or the other.
