I have an opportunity to purchase 5-7 lots in an area that already has some trailers on it.

would love to connect and learn about the opportunities the market can offer! 

There are so many great opportunities here and  I'd like to take advantage of them, but would like to learn how to do so properly.

I look primarily at COC (20% min) and opportunity to increase profit (add homes, submeter water, etc). 

The other outcome is you open their eyes to the opportunity and they want to do it themselves. 

Any comments and new opportunities in those markets would be worth looking at.

The only reason this became a problem for me to decide was because i have been recently given the opportunity to become a manager of the store which would be a good pay raise from what i am making now.

Seems like a great opportunity in my eyes because it’s so close to the school, but I’m not too familiar with the area in regards to the renter market. 

I know a group of investors in the Atlanta area and there area a LOT of opportunities near you!
