Looking for Experienced Whole Partner in Dallas, Texas

I am brand spanking new to real estate investing and am dipping my toe in with Wholesaling. However, I have a few leads, but I'd like a mentor/partner to guide me through the process. There are so many great opportunities here and  I'd like to take advantage of them, but would like to learn how to do so properly. SO I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP and would like a partner ship deal for some of the potential deals. I have the addresses and their contact info, but am kind of anxious about getting in on this before I get in over my head.

LEZZGO!!!
