The duplex is rented and the other two just finished up rehab.  

While I think buyer agency...... is making less and less sense as most people are finding their homes online, like many have already said 90% of the population does not operate in the real estate world on a day to day basis and need the hand holding some agents can provide to get them from start to finish.

@Sacha LaCossI know hindsight is 2020, and maybe I'm missing it in your post, but looking at the completion time details, it doesn't look like there were any outlined repercussions for the contractor if they did not finish on time.

Luckily I have some room in the deal from buying well to weather the current situation as well as built in flexibility with my private lender to extend the interest only period before I finish renovation and refi.

Hi bpf does anyone knows about a good contractor in Baltimore, MD who can help with finishing remodeling a single family home for a good price, on this harsh times?

I just finished listening to the 90-day challenge and one of the first commitments I am making is to be more active in this community. 

I'm a qualified contractor and just finished a full gut and remodel myself last summer.    

@Simon Bloch The same thing happened to me and my lender has gone awol end of March after getting close to the finish line.

It didn't finish how I expected, but I did end up with an investment property at the end of the day.
