Hello BiggerPockets Community,

First time blogger here! Nice to e-meet everyone! I'm a native New Yorker (grew up in the Bronx, but currently live in Queens with my partner). After years of reading, I'm finally looking to take the dive into Real Estate Investing. I just finished listening to the 90-day challenge and one of the first commitments I am making is to be more active in this community.

We have a fairly good idea on an investing strategy, mainly looking for single multi families to buy and hold. Any Buffalo investors out there? We will be looking to make our first purchase within the next year and are focusing in on the Buffalo market.

I've started listening to BP podcasts (listening to 5 a week) and already got some good beginner information. But the more I sit down to analyze properties, is the more I realize any guidance from folks who have already invested in the Buffalo market would be extremely helpful to be able to connect with. Happy to connect with other new investors in the New York area as well!

Be well,

AAA
