Does anyone ever buy the tax lien/deed on a property for personal use (i.e. to actually live in the house)?

I'm putting my 10-foot pole down and staying away from this idea for ever more!

I have plenty of growing to do and am eager to learn as much as possible.I am looking forward to getting to know the BP community and making a relevant contribution!

in my opinion the East side (both lower & upper), downtown, third ward are nearing the top of what they can be, Bay view, and the south side still have room to grow (having both good rental rate growth & appreciation) .

You cannot ever trust the numbers they post.
