Nothing I’ve ever seen from Connected Investors was of any real value......just a bunch of rebranded hype for the delusional wannabe.

First one started out really great and then changed management.  

You'll need to be able to substantiate your status if you're ever questioned about it, but it sounds like you're really good at record-keeping already, so that shouldn't be an issue.

I dont think i ever ran into the kick back scheme

There are a lot of new folks on the council and they would want to look like real change makers and this would be something that could resonate.

I changed a light switch for a friend and house still had old wiring, so expect old wiring & plumbing. 

If I can sell it right away that is great but if it’s from the time I move into the home I have another 2 years to go and that will change my investment strategy entirely.
