I'm looking to kick back and socialize with some folks in Raleigh, but I can't find any real estate meet-up events :(.Is anybody going to be hosting one sometime soon?

Does your lease say anything about collecting reasonable legal fees in the event of a breach?

The hope is the LLC will shield the greater assets of the Solo401k Trust in the event of litigation.

I wanted to reach out to my BP community and ask if anyone has personally attended this event, if so what was your overall opinion? 

I remember with a previous business I had my car insurance agent told me that I had to add something to my insurance if it was now going to be advertising a business- and if not It could cause me coverage issues in the event of an accident?
