Entrepreneurs are problem solvers so, as long as we stay focused, and continue to grind... a gr8 team will come together! 

It's great advice for them.Successful entrepreneurs, if they are indeed successful and have "proven" that track record to themselves (actual numbers, not projected), can often do much better putting the money to work themselves.

Repairing the clear cut and preparing the land for row crops that can be harvested one or more times a year makes more sense to me.What makes even more sense to me is to "grow farmers" and to "cultivate entrepreneurs" like I and other missionaries to Haiti have already done.

What you're really learning is how to become a successful entrepreneur.

That is, the lender must send the entire amount of the construction loan to a neutral party, such as a loan servicer or funds control company, before the deed of trust is recorded and with clear instructions on how it is to be disbursed (or reclaimed by the lender) using a draw schedule.

Cash flow can be tougher to find today, but the market still has amazing job growth, population growth, and an entrepreneur-friendly culture!
