Aside from the political slant of the state in general, I really do enjoy being in southern California's weather and wouldn't mind getting there in about 5-10 years.

Surfers and families looking to get away from the touristy South enjoy it up in North Shore.

My agent knows she's gotta beat me to the sale or she doesn't get paid.I'm pretty fond of paying other people to do work, though so I can concentrate on buying (and enjoying life).
