That may be true, but having an emotional attachment to an investment doesn't mean you are best suited for managing it. 

With knowledge FEAR becomes nothing more than a irrational emotion.

So I won't bring emotion into it in determining on what my actions are.

If you are an overly emotional or sympathetic personality your tenants will treat you like a doormat and you'll never make any money.

Now I’m not emotionally attached to this house in any way but it sure does peeve me when people can’t do their jobs!
