Snow you can allow a prospective tenant access, but most states won't allow you to discuss price or contract/lease terms.Not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to help you understand risks, so you can make better decisions:)

I totally understand there won't be a positive cash flow ,infact Zero Cash flow which could last for months.

By the end of 30 days you will have an understanding if those markets have potential.

And as far as I understand BP is only for US.So, if anyone of you knows something where to head to please wirte.
