many times those procedures work at anytime.. they might not be too viable.. like right now trying to buy very low or get people to owner finance if the market is solid is very hard but the concepts still work.U can see these courses on E bay all the time.  50 bucks.

Hi Tom,I think you will find that most listing agents will not even respond to that e-mail in the context of their inbox ALSO having multiple actual offers coming in, if these condos are in Sacramento and the year is 2018 and the condo wasn't priced horribly high.
