The MN market is really strong in the cities and surrounding suburbs, which is my primary market for business.

I will learn the most by surrounding myself with like minded people.

Any neighborhood you drive through, there are home owners.

I think it always safer to invest within an hours drive of where you live.

every time i drive by any apartment complex i wonder how and who bought that complex.
