I give out my Email address and What's App number, and the last time the whole plumbing system backed up, I was able to use the www.yellowpages.com to find a plumber and pay by Paypal.I wish that I could recommend a property management firm, but all I can tell you is who to avoid!

That was a reasonable price if the house was in good shape, but the house needed new appliances, a new sink disposal, a few plumbing fixtures, and repairs to the A/C.

The obvious of course is a new electrical panel box, new home wiring, yard fence higher than 4', new plumbing and HVAC, new room addition, a new roof or a foundation fix....I get/know that much.

So it might be true that the seller has those estimates for the years they have owned.Now the buildings at 16 years old the A/C units, heaters, plumbing, roofs, windows will start having issues and your repairs will be much greater over the years compared to the seller who bought brand new or fairly new.

However, I have found that by doing a 75% remodel before renting a unit out (updating all plumbing, electrical, roof, etc)and then finishing with new paint, flooring, counter tops, etc before the final sale.

HOA has had difficulties especially because the old 40 year old condo law it falls under limits increase in dues, with an older property like this plumbing issues started happening and they cannot get everyone to agree to sub metering the water which would cost the renters, not the owners,and reduce cost to HOA. but mainly sub-metering would allow for spotting water leaks quickly, avoiding the large problems that have driven insurance sky high for HOA, etc..

It consists of 3 brick buildings built in 1935 so let's see the hvac, electrical, plumbing etc. all have issues.
