@Victor S.The fed has a dual mandate:Full employment ( around 4% but debatable) and inflation around 2%.Recently, J Powell has committed to that inflation goal being an average rather than a target to hit and stay at, so since inflation has been below the target for years, they’re willing to let the market run hot.
