I would definitely prefer the relationship to be a mutual benefit.

I have a strong preference for something less, so I can develop my renovation chops. 

Hey all, I'm a newbie from the Greenville area, looking for a real estate attorney in the area, preferably one that owns rental properties himself/herself.

Yet, I feel like once someone was in the unit they would realize its not that bad of a neighborhood, and I'm a reasonable guy who cares about reasonable customer service (with boundaries of course). 

That being said, we have already made arrangements to fill all of the bedrooms upon signing.We want to buy a house with at least 4 bedrooms, preferably 5 or more, and rent each room.

Free glasses of water and bathroom use, at most restaurants, is a courtesy provided to current or (recognized) past customers, but not necessarily everyone asserting that they maybe will be a customer someday in the future.

I would prefer for the properties to be located somewhat close to each other as well.

Here's the thing if you are removed from the requirement (to a flood zone X for example) we can write for you a Preferred Rate Policy (PRP) which is around the $550 for a primary residence and $750 for a second home. 

The challenge is I am not a big enough customer that I feel pushing them in this manner is in my best interest.
