Part of it also plays into my job, I'm a home inspector and can set my own schedule so if I had less debt I could cut back on how much I had to work and be able to enjoy life more.

Once they know every little nit-picky thing that the inspector pointed out, they need to disclose them.Radon is relatively cheap and easy to remediate.

Just a few blocks West of the 405 and one block North of  the 10 freeways and inside the new Metro-Rail 1/2 mile radius of the special incentive development rules to encourage more units for housing that allow new construction to have "special" or "liberal" allowances of set-backs, more height up to 5 stores where 4 were the max just prior.

For example, if you had said you had 5 years of experience as a construction site project manager and were looking to go into building homes for owner-occupied residential real estate and needed some start up and living capital...I'd feel a lot more confident like you have on vision of what the future looks like.

I waived inspection and was going to buy the property as is, the reason for this is because 203k loans require an assigned HUD inspector anyways to come out and inspect the property.
