In all there is probably even greater cash flow to be taken from the property but it would likely involve planting a prefab or mobile on the vacant land.Advice is highly appreciated.

You can easily buy liens on "junk" properties - those that are worth less than the lien amount plus legal fees to foreclose.Not that it's the best resource, but at least look at Zillow/Trulia for vacant land values for the former mobile home site.

Ive had a upper class psychologist 2 years ago bring in stray cats, and she was a hoarder (cat spray everywhere), then on the other end of the spectrum, 2 weeks ago, I had a tenant from one of my mobile homes (not to gross you out with details) leave me an steamy early Christmas present right on the carpet I laid in May.

Even with those 3 subtractions, we still filled THREE 30 yard dumpsters.Simultaneous to that project we also did another where the deceased owner had only lived there 10 years, so it only required TWO 30 yard dumpsters.We just finished two more acquisitions one required TWO 30 yard dumpsters and another which was a mobile home required THREE 30 yard dumpsters.The accumulation of stuff and the lack of desire to move and change is keeping many seniors in their homes until they have to leave.
