Buying Fannie Mae for cash
I am preparing offers for two FannieMae properties (different counties/same state) my question is, can I submit both offers in one contract? Lets say one is listed at 30k, the other at 25k, can I submit a cash offer of 50k for the pair? If SO, does it improves my chances to submit the same 50k, as earnest money in the form of a certified check?
