Raising funds for development projects would be similar to raising funds for SFR rehabs that I do, with one caveat, the longer timeline combined with the fact that the investment dollars are originally only secured by the dirt and not anything vertically existing.I like a simple syndication for this using an LLC and having 10 or less investors in the deal.

When you begin moving heating equipment and have improper draft to begin with, natural draft will not work.If the house has a combined water heater/boiler, look for a high efficiency replacement.
