One of my favorite authors is John Schaub, Building Wealth One House at a Time and says in his book that he invested in apartments, shopping centers, office condos in his 30 years of investing and his conclusion is that Single Family Homes are the best.So i am a little hesitant about getting my feet wet with commercial or should I just stick to what i know "Single Family Homes" in premium locations.

We looked far enough outside of the city center to find lots of foreclosure housing stock closer to $40-$50k where the folks weren't commuting to Columbus for work (cheaper houses!)
