Hi @Shirley Rozenshteyn, my brother and I grew up in West Hartford and have been looking into a few areas in Hartford where we could invest in a multi-family property.We've started looking at a few neighborhoods: Parkville, Frog Hollow, and South Green. 

I almost closed the deal on a Seller Financed deal, but her brother told her she'd be better off taking the income for herself.

Now he was ticked as he didn't want a hotel towering over his property.We talked and I asked about his brother who had a gentelman's farm that he played with.

I don't think going to college would have added anything that could have helped me in my current life path (full time investor) But take my brother for example, He has his masters and PhD from one of the best engineering schools and works at a top research company.
