No buying lists, no figuring out PPC, no figuring out what lists to use, no figuring out how to filter the list, no paying for list, no designing mailers, no figuring out which number to go to what mailer to track results, no skip tracing, no follow up, no spending a fortune on well.. anything.It is absolutely beyond me why people by default look towards DMM or FB ads.

The houses are designed to be high end vacation rentals.- My wife will be a property manager for the same type of rental properties in the same area.

What tips do you have for a kitchen refacing and for designing a studio apartment?

If however you just acquired a new zoning on your property or the area has just received a CID designation, or the like then it would be best to work with a broker that has moved similar properties in you area.

I hope your designs are already done and submitted for permits.

How do you account for the dimensions - Because my design would call for cabinets of a certain size , is it more an exercise of trying to fit what we find in to the space we have ? 

I'm a landscape designer in Nashville, TN looking to get into real estate investing.

Eventually, I plan to be back in San Antonio full time, and plan on starting a business as a design/ build contractor, saving substantial money on rehabs by performing them with my own company.

I have a property more inline than some others and it ended up being the one in a floodzone.I believe the floodzone maps are on the FEMA website, they are the ones that designate it.
