I have had to deal with this multiple times as the daughter and Niece trying to sell houses that weren’t  retail ready and it’s extremely stressful, especially if your dealing with a nursing home demanding financial proof that you can pay.

I am in Tampa, not too far away, and am frquently in the Bradenton area visiting friends/family.

There are various neighborhoods and areas that offer the community and walkability.  

Is there not strong economic growth in this area? 

I had done many projects in the Metro Area of San Antonio, but I had always kept within certain parameters.
