I would pass...we live in such a litigious world that when someone has filed a "slip and fall" case - it let's me know that the odds of it happening again are fairly good. 

I actually live not far from you, also in Camuy  near to where the 119 connects with the 455 so im an extended neighbor...small world!!

People, including relatives of mine (in spite of being born abroad themselves), often seem terrified of putting a single cent of investment into non “first world” countries.

Normally you'd be more apt to fly under the radar in a part of Phoenix that doesn't have an HOA... but all it takes is a complaint from the neighbors that you have too many cars parked in front of the house and it can send your whole world into a tizzy.
