Hey Ryan Williams, In my market (Orlando), if I can significantly reduce my monthly payment to less than it would have been if I rented a similar home & theres a value add opportunity - then thats what I would consider a good deal.

I'd agree with William on this and also add that it may just be easier to combine all the deposit accounts into one and all the accounts where you take in rent and pay expenses into one account also.
