I also have a bachelor's degree in political science from University of California, Berkeley. 

I recently visited Merced as its just a 2hr drive and found some parts of the city to be decent especially around the university.

Only place I'd consider owning one is maybe Norman because of Oklahoma University. 

Areas like Cheyenne and Laramie will not be affected as much as their main employers are university, college students, Cheyenne has quite a large amount of diversity, like manufacturing and tech industries. 

I got my bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

The local example lease for our university and that many landlords base their lease off has provisions related to  soriorities and fraternity events.

The University she will be attending is about 100 miles from out home :(  Lucky for me, I have a good job now that lets me work from home! 

Now, not to brag, but I have 2 Science-related University degrees so a 3 hour, multiple choice test doesn't scare me.  

Is it better for the tenants to be in the same situation, ie, all from the same university?
