I am up in the South Bend area just getting started out!

I am currently doing a TIC for a 200 unit property in South Carolina.

North Americans in Dec - April and South Americans (affluent Brazilians) on June - Nov. 

We own about 40 rental properties in South Decatur (30032) and are looking for insurance, perhaps one which would allow us to largely self insure.  

Once in South Salt Lake and now in the 9th and 9th area.

When I was a student at BYU my dad was looking into properties around campus, but seemed like the having to become BYU approved housing so that single students could live in it was a bit of a pain.I also lived in several places south of campus where we were breaking the zoning rules :) Although, I have heard horror stories of friends of friends who were reported to the city.

I am looking for an opinion of the area around the South Houston High School in south east Houston.  

It's located in the area just south of Washington Park.I know nothing about Wisconsin or the Racine market and I'm just curious if it warrants more consideration. 

If you are definitely going south, I would wait until I get the The Sunshine sate and start over.
