After finding an HML that will lend where your prospect house is (most will only lend in major metro areas or have steeper rates if they do lend outside metro areas), I would ask these questions:Are you a direct lender?

Just curious if any investors have any interest in a small pocket area within about 35-45 minutes of Huntsville metro with a significantly lower cost of living and a top notch school district?
