Just had that happen to me, as I was studying abroad and my roommates failed to take pictures upon move-out, so we have next to nothing to combat a $600 cleaning fee with (that's for a 1 level, 3 bedroom house, btw, and the carpet cleaning was a separate fee...).

I know they're gonna want both.What I would do at least, center island in the middle with dishwasher, move the sink to the center island as well (your going to need water and a drain there anyway for the dishwasher) Stove where the sink currently is with a vent hood.That's just going off your picture though, hard to tell how big this space really is.

Especially if already buying at the top of the market.If a buyer's financial picture suddenly changes due to large purchases, a lender would want to order a new appraisal to take another look at the deal.

Several other shocking pictures were found down there including the whole crawl space was covered in white dust which looked like Boric Acid.
