I would highly recommend talking with a qualified tax professional to create a tax strategy and plan for your “friends” business, it would take time to review all of the options that you have available.

I submitted last Friday and this past Thursday I got a notice that it is under review.

I am looking for a little more than just a calculation review though.

IE on the west coast escrow officers went home to workand title plants are off shore .. the Phillipines.. so your title searchs are done there with the title officer reviewing and they can work at home all our title plants are electronic and have been for decades.One thing we dont do much of here is checking on UTLS.. thats an east coast thing.  

Before doing that I really need a contractor to review the issues with me TODAY.

I spent an hour two nights ago reviewing all my finances and am happy to see that everything is funded correctly.
