You can probably fit 4 cars easily on the property's driveway but according to the town's definition the 4th spot is too small.  

I think I will probably go the route of buying an iron cast Kohler Villager tub and using a cheap matching fiberglass surround that I could later replace easily if I wanted/needed.

I work in the tech center, but could change jobs to work downtown in the next year or so fairly easily.

I know if I move farther out I can find a deal much more easily, however I'm hoping to stay closer to NELA-ish.

That easily makes sense for several reasons but REALLY what's the point of super crammed living on purpose? 

Strategies for partial rent payments is important too, you or a manager will spend more time collecting rent, and you can't automate it easily.
