A person with a disability, or a person associated with such person, who maintains an assistance animalin a dwelling shall comply with the rental agreement or any rules and regulations of the property owner applicable to all residents that do not interfere with an equal opportunity to use and enjoy the dwelling and any common areas of the premises.

If you feel so strongly: Sell your RE, Move out of your State, and enjoy. 

It's hard work but if you enjoy it then it's not work at all :)

But the state will not allow this to happen if the mortgagor has not clearly enjoyed the due process right of having been informed of the sale according to the processes in the statute.

I enjoy the discussion because it's a very basic philosophical question that needs to be answered to chart your long-term investment strategy and ultimately define your success.  

I usually stay away from the political threads as I just don't enjoy them but I will have to say this:I agree with Tim on this notion - Worrying about something you have no control over is futile.

It all depends on what your tastes are and what you enjoy.

I have an accounting job that I enjoy and do not have an accounting degree.
