Here is my late introduction to biggerpockets (I just really got involved here thx to the podcast) So we have rehabbed somewhere just north of 20 houses over the past few years.

So the question is, is sending an introduction letter / info sheet going to create any kind of legal issues?

I made it thru the introduction and then called the class provider.
