I was further pleasantly surprised when I made an account on Bigger Pockets and the very first post I saw was a reply by a good friend, @Wes Woodhouse! 

I would like to cash out these properties so I can have capital for further investments.

I understand that marketing is a marathon and not a sprint I just wondered if anyone had any tips on these forms of marketing.

I've completed a bachelor in architecture - attending a master in management - and am able to choose from one of these fields as my further occupation: real estate development - asset management - property management. 

I’m willing to learn and partner with others to further my education in this field and hopefully make some friends and longtime business partners.

Any other tips would be appreciated as well!  

This could include tips for cleaning, when/where to return the keys, when you will inspect, when they can expect the deposit back (based on the law, not your personal schedule), etc.

Thanks for the tip @Lance Lvovsky Any other ideas on how I should go about determining a cost basis when there's basically nothing to go by except perhaps performing a present value calculation based on inflation?
