Hello all,I have been on the site almost everyday for a few weeks but I haven't seen much on time for filling vacancies.

As local investors who are on the ground scouring everyday we can sometimes find one here or there, as a long distance investor it would be very hard to find one without doing significant rehab. 

I'm checking my MLS searches almost every day and I have a good realtor, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'll need to expand my price range.

I source everyday and I can tell that my problem will be finding buyers.
