Where are all the active investors at?

I am a new wholesaler in Houston Tx. I have been taking action the last couple of months and I have some deals that I am close to locking up. The few investors that I have met have talked big but aren't really doing much. I am searching for active investors who are looking for a consistent flow of deals. I source everyday and I can tell that my problem will be finding buyers. I've been hearing that's the easiest part but where you at?
