I’m currently renting at $2,500 per month and the other units with higher end upgrades are advertising at $2,700 - $2,800 per month (I have white appliances and carpet, with white tile in the kitchen).

This was the basic way property was sold 1978 - 1984 when interest rates were double digits - as high as 17%.Realtors haven’t been used to this in the last 20 + years so have no experience with it.

While I do see the power of Facebook in promoting some personal and business services, as well as promotional power for consumer brands, I am not sure we should all abandon our other advertising and marketing media.
